As a member of our association, you can be there live via Zoom and help shape the evening with your questions, experiences and suggestions. You will receive the access data for ZOOM by email and can use it to log in. Prior registration is not necessary.

All other sound enthusiasts and those interested in sound are cordially invited to participate via livestream on our Facebook channel. However, no questions can be asked here.
From January 2024, the recordings of the online sound evenings will only be available in the internal members area. The videos are non-public and intended only for our members! You will also find further tips and information about our online exchange forums here.

Experience the fascinating connection between eyes, body and mind – and discover how you can positively influence your eyesight with sound offers for relaxation!
On this evening, Holger Decker will introduce you to the world of eye training and show you how Peter Hess® sound methods can provide targeted support. Through relaxing sounds and gentle exercises, you can actively promote your eyesight and compensate for stress-related changes.
This is because vision problems such as short- or long-sightedness can often be positively influenced by targeted relaxation and training. The singing bowls help you to find inner peace and support the natural visual process.
Treat yourself to some time out for your eyes and take away valuable impulses for more visual relaxation in everyday life!

As an experienced seminar leader for Emily Hess® Basic Trust and the Peter Hess® sound massage, Daniel Otterbein invites us on this sound evening to deal with the topic of strengthening rituals, where gongs and imaginations can be used in an enriching way:
“Perhaps a ritual culture can actually be something very real for us people from a so-called western culture, with a world view that is predominantly material and scientific, and something that can be experienced with our entire being.
What could something like that look like without a supporting system of a culture around us that would continuously and gently encourage and invite us to self-reflection and to pause and linger in our very own perception – as is the case in Nepal, for example?
We would probably have to set out on the path ourselves to do this, and just as likely we would only design such rituals with joy and maintain their practice if they really help us and we can sincerely feel their content and, to a certain extent, anchor it in ourselves.
So can a “modern” person, out of themselves and their own understanding of their life path, give birth to something that they then learn to appreciate and use within themselves through a ritual approach as a protected space of devotion, not least in order to accept and perhaps even affirm difficulties, life transitions and life crises as a part of everything?
We would like to deal with these and other topics – e.g. the various uses of the gong in this context as well as the power of positive imaginations that strengthen the inner world of images – on this online evening.”
So you can expect a variety of inspirations and practical impulses for your self-care and your sound massage practice on this sound evening.

Singing bowls are valuable tools for supporting learning processes. Their gentle sound promotes concentration, reduces stress and creates a calm, receptive learning atmosphere.
At this sound evening, Ulrike Braak will give an insight into how singing bowls can be used specifically in educational settings. Their vibrations calm the nervous system, increase attention and support memory. This makes learning more effective, more relaxed and more sustainable.
Be inspired by the sounds and discover how singing bowls can be used to promote learning!
