Take a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in the world of sound-based meditation.
This sound evening offers you the opportunity to experience meditation in a particularly gentle and profound way. The sounds accompany you from thinking to feeling and open up a space of presence and inner expansiveness. Sound has a direct effect on the body and the nervous system. It supports letting go, promotes deep relaxation and facilitates access to meditation, without any effort or prior knowledge.
This evening is an invitation to let yourself be carried away by the sound, to find peace and to experience new clarity.
For anyone who…
– Would like to experience meditation for the first time or in greater depth.
– Longs for relaxation, balance and inner peace.
– Want to discover sound as a supportive path to meditation.
Let yourself be touched and find your way back to your centre.
