Immerse yourself in the world of sound! In this online sound evening,
Marion Buhlmann, experienced educator and sound pedagogue as well as head of a primary school care center, will give an insight into the many ways in which singing bowls and the Peter Hess® sound methods can accompany and support children in their development.
The evening invites you to experience the beneficial effects of sound and to gain inspiration for its use in everyday education or in the family environment.
Marion Buhlmann is an educator and runs a primary school childcare center. As an experienced Peter Hess® sound massage practitioner, Peter Hess® relaxation trainer for sound and fantasy journeys and KliK® expert, she passes on her extensive knowledge in workshops and seminars to people who live and work with children.
Singing bowls are valuable tools for supporting learning processes. Their gentle sound promotes concentration, reduces stress and creates a calm, receptive learning atmosphere.
At this sound evening, Ulrike Braak will give an insight into how singing bowls can be used specifically in educational settings. Their vibrations calm the nervous system, increase attention and support memory. This makes learning more effective, more relaxed and more sustainable.
Be inspired by the sounds and discover how singing bowls can be used to promote learning!

Our nervous system is the silent conductor of our everyday life – it decides whether we are relaxed and present or stressed and overwhelmed. But what exactly happens inside us when we are (permanently) stressed? And how can we use singing bowls effectively to guide people back to their center?
If you want to understand why the knowledge of our nervous system is so powerful and how it can enrich your work, then take part in our sound evening.
We will dive into how our nervous system works, learn about the “Window of Tolerance” and why so many people move outside this window in their everyday lives. We will shed light on how stress can affect the body and mind – and how singing bowls can provide regulatory support here.
In addition to theoretical basics, you can expect a practical sound intervention for the perception of the nervous system, which you can use for yourself and your clients.

And maybe a little bush lives there. Be careful. You can always add more – but you can’t take it away.
