1. In the password-protected member area: Fill out and submit the online certification application (under “Certification” in the dashboard)
2. Application review – may take up to 4 weeks
3. If the review is successful, the certification fee of €40 will be collected from the account details provided via SEPA direct debit mandate
4. Once payment has been received, the certificate will be sent automatically by post
5. If indicated on the application form, the award of the certificate will automatically result in an entry about the certification on the “Sound Pro list” on the association’s website

• The application for renewal must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the certificate expires.
• The application must be accompanied by proof of qualification/further training, which must be sent to the association by email or post.
• Once the application has been successfully reviewed, the processing fee of €10 will be debited via SEPA mandate.
• The new certificate, which is valid for another 3 years, will then be sent automatically. As a rule, the validity of the new certificate begins on the expiry date of the previous certificate.

• If no application for renewal is submitted at least 4 weeks before the certificate expires, the certification and all associated privileges will expire.
• All references to the certification must be removed immediately from the practice, the website, and all print/online advertising materials.
• In the event of recertification, the regulations for “Initial Certification” apply and a certification fee of €40 is charged.
