   Fill out and submit the online certification application (under Dashboard ‘Certification’)
2. Submit three digital photos of your practice via email to: zertifizierung@fachverband-klang.de
   Subject: Photos for certification as a Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practice
   The photos should show:
   • Overall view of the sound practice room
   • Available sound equipment
   • Available massage table and positioning aids
3. Application review – may take up to 4 weeks
4. If the review is successful, the certification fee of €40 will be collected from the account details provided via SEPA direct debit mandate or via transfer.
5. Once payment has been received, the certificate will automatically be sent to you as a PDF file via email so that you can print it out.
6. If you have ticked this box on the application form, the awarding of the certificate will automatically result in an entry about the certification in the ‘Soundprofi list’ on our association’s website.

• The application for renewal must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the certificate expires.
• The application must be accompanied by proof of qualification/further training, which must be sent to the Association by email.
• Once the application has been successfully reviewed, the processing fee of €10 will be debited via SEPA mandate.
• The new certificate, which is valid for another 3 years, will then be sent automatically again via email. As a rule, the validity of the new certificate begins on the expiry date of the previous certificate.

• If no application for renewal is submitted at least 4 weeks before the certificate expires, the certification and all associated privileges shall expire.
• All references to the certification must be removed immediately from the practice, the website and all print/online advertising materials.
• In the event of recertification, the regulations for ‘Initial Certification’ apply and a certification fee of €40 is payable.
