The heart is the most sensitive measuring instrument with the strongest, most effective regulatory principle.
At this sound evening, Angelika Rieckmann introduces the topic of heart coherence and explains the connection between the heart, body, brain and our nervous system. In doing so, she makes it clear that health can be influenced.
A vibrating heart coherence as a “SYMPHONY of inner balance” creates the inner, harmonious order of our wholeness.
With sound exercises and sound meditation on the theme of “holistic heart health”, Angelika warmly invites you to let the sounds meditatively affect you.
From heart to heart!
